These terms apply when you use School Holiday Hub (the “site”), operated by School Holiday Hub . By using the site you agree to these terms.
We're a directory, not a booking agent
School Holiday Hub is a discovery directory of school holiday activities. We are not a booking agent, tour operator or activity provider, and we don't run, organise or supervise any of the listed activities.
No contract with us
Using School Holiday Hub to find an activity does not create any contract between you and School Holiday Hub. If you book or pay for an activity, the contract for that activity is between you and the operator, not us.
Accuracy of listings
Listings are compiled from public sources (such as council, government and community websites) and from information submitted by operators. We review listings before publishing, but they may still be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate — prices, dates, ages and availability can change at any time. Please confirm all details directly with the operator before booking or paying for anything.
A listing is not an endorsement
Including an activity on School Holiday Hub does not mean we endorse or recommend it, or have checked its safety, quality or suitability. See our safety and disclaimer page for what to check yourself.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or bulk-extract listings from the site;
- resell, republish or redistribute our listings or compilation of listings;
- access the site using automated tools, bots or scripts; or
- otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the site.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, and the compilation and organisation of listings on School Holiday Hub are owned by School Holiday Hub or its licensors. Individual listing content may belong to the relevant operator. You may view and use the site for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, School Holiday Hub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on a listing, including losses relating to a booking made with an operator. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Correcting or removing a listing
Operators can request a correction or removal of their listing at any time via our contact form.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
